  • 1 Muesli B’Break
  • 50 g smoked salmon in thin slices
  • 1 tbsp fromage frais
  • 1 teaspoon liquid cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon of mild wasabi paste
  • 4 thin slices of cucumber
  • 1 teaspoon of toasted sesame seeds
  • A few sprigs of fresh dill

  • Slice the B’Break Muesli in half lengthways.
  • Lightly toast both halves in the oven (3-4 minutes at 180°C), then leave to cool.
  • Mix the fromage frais, liquid cream and wasabi to obtain a smooth cream.
  • Generously spread this wasabi cream on the base of the bread.
  • Add the smoked salmon slices.
  • Add the thin slices of cucumber for crunch.
  • Sprinkle with grilled sesame seeds.
  • Add a few sprigs of dill for freshness.
  • Put the second half of the bread on the top.
  • Serve chilled or slightly chilled.
